An illustration of a chick who wants to join the Nebuta Festival (the giant lantern float festival) in Aomori Prefecture, peep~
It's such a powerful festival, no wonder a chick would long to join in, right?
I've stuck the version with the lantern into the "Uncolored Download" one.
