PIYOTASO does not allow uses that seriously damage the image of its characters.
By "uses that seriously damage the image of the characters," we don't mean anything like "So a buff middle-aged guy isn't allowed to use a chick?"

Basically, as long as you're using them in a normal way, anyone can use them without any problem.

Since it may be hard to picture what "uses that seriously damage the image of the characters" means, we've listed some examples below.

1. Associating the characters with inappropriate content

Using the characters in violent, discriminatory or crime-related content
Featuring the characters in sexually explicit content

We'd prefer, if possible, that you refrain from gray-area statements where it's hard to tell whether they're criminal or not, but for statements that are no more than a slip of the tongue, or for the use of images at that level, this site will treat the use as OK.

If there is a crime-related use, the problem should lie in the statement itself, not in the icon or image that person is using.
In that case, please first contact the person who made the statement, the police, or the operator of the social media service or similar.

2. Spreading false information

Using the characters for fraud or misleading advertising

If you find posts, ads, etc. like the ones above, this site can't make a judgment on them, so before asking us "I saw someone using it like this. Is that allowed?", we'd appreciate it if you could consult the appropriate authorities.

Use on sites for chickens (grown-ups) that people under 18 can't enter is also fine, but please refrain from edits and the like that make this site's characters look as if they are engaging in the act.
Political statements often cause conflict, but since it's difficult for an illustration site to draw a clear line, we won't explicitly prohibit them as long as there seem to be no legal problems.

4. Infringement of rights or violation of laws

Modifying or using the characters in a way that infringes other copyrights
Using the characters to promote products or services that violate the law

These uses respect the characters' image and are in line with this site's policy.
